Amanda Pichette



Amanda has actively been training dogs since 1994 and teaching instructional classes since 2004. Her training expertise focuses on scent based sports, but also has experience in obedience, agility, flyball, and disc 

Amanda joined the competitive dog world at the  age 7 and competed in Juniors until she turned 18. She continues to compete in a wide variety of dog related events including SDDA scenting, Barn Hunt, Canadian Kennel Club conformation, CKC and Rally obedience, Agility, and Flyball.

Amanda shares her house with Border Collies, a Whippet and a Patterdale Terrier. Over the years, she has also had a Yorkshire Terrier, Shetland Sheepdogs, Australian Shepherds, German Shepherd/Whippet and a Pomeranian.


 Over the years, Amanda's dogs have accumulated a long list of titles which include:

Barn Hunt 

- RATS title with multiple high in class awards. 

- Handles the number #1 Canadian Patterdale in Barn Hunt 

CARO Rally-O

- Novice 

Flyball (NAFA)

- Currently working towards FDGCH-40,000

- Handles the #5 highest point earning Patterdale in NAFA



- Novice Rally (CKC)

- Canine Good Neighbout (CGN)

- Australian Shepherd Club of America Companion Dog
